Training Sessions

Hellesdon High School. Middletons Lane Norwich

Tuesday 5.45pm to 7pm

Please Note:
Training is split into two groups:

5.45pm - 6.30pm - 12 and Under And Novices
6.15pm - 7.00pm - Juniors and Seniors

Hewett High School. Hall Road. Norwich

Saturday 4pm to 7pm

Please Note:
Training is split into two groups:

4.00pm - 5.30pm - 12 and Under And Novices
5.30pm - 7.00pm - Juniors and Seniors

Swimmers may be asked to attend extra training sessions prior to competitions
